A Great flashlight for Police officers
Tactical flashlights are vital for me as a police officer, providing brightness and durability. They improve my safety during nighttime operations and are compact and reliable. Many have strobe functions that can disorient suspects or signal for backup, enhancing my overall effectiveness. I highly recommend this flashlight.

Exceptional Light
This light does it all. Low, medium and super bright settings, plus it has a strobe. Long battery life with battery indicator and easy to charge with the magnetic charger. It has 2 different on and off buttons which make it versatile. Durable clip and just the right size. I’m impressed as this is my first Olight but it won’t be my last!

Olight Warrior S3 vs. Wurrkos FC12
The Olight Warrior S3 is a beautifully designed piece of kit, supper primum and a top pick from many reviewers. The Wurkkos FC12 is a great value for dollar light and compares similarly in output to the Olight WS3. The Wurkkos FC12 is a budget tactical light and as such must make some compromises.Read on and like this review if you found it helpful.Olight Warrior 3S – Premium tactical light ~ $120 (2300 Lumens)High build quality. Extremely bright on turbo. Spot light beam pattern only, very uniform and round.Wonderful user interface (UI). Tail cap has momentary ½ push high, full push turbo. Slick battery level and brightness indicator. Fully customizable selections from very low moonlight to extremely bright 2300 true lumens. Sensor that automatically reduces the light level if the head is in close proximity to something. Pro/Con is debatable around the magnetic charging. I personally like it, super easy to use and works well. Well-designed large pocket clip (reversible) and the light just feels ultra-premium in the hand. Magnetic tail to hold it to metal surfaces (upside-down only, won’t hold it sideways) and tail stands easily. Comes with a nice sheath (much better than average) to carry on the belt or via Molle.Con: Expensive and a little big to everyday carry EDC. Proprietary 21700 5000mAh battery.Wurkkos FC12 ~ $40 (2000 advertised Lumens)Decent build quality, same size as the Olight Warrior 3S. A little skinnier. Uses a standard 3000mAh 18650 rechargeable battery. Very narrow spot light beam pattern, about as bright as the Olight W3S but the spot light is tighter. They both throw the beam very far and about the same distance. The Olight has a nicer more consistent pattern that is more usable in different situations. The FC12 has a good pocket clip and USB-C charging. Simple programmable user interface (UI), battery level indicator is green for >70% charge for 5 sec when you turn it on. I chose the grey color and I really like it, looks more like titanium.Con: Tail switch must be used for on/off and side switch only selects light levels. This is a little clunky but not a deal breaker. The Olight WS3 can use either button. No magnetic tail and difficult to tail stand on the FC12.

Great Carry Light
I carry this in my pocket all day every day, and use it multiple times daily. It’s got brightness settings to suit every need, and it’s durable enough to deal with my line of work. It’s a great value as well, as it’s a fair substitute for the Modlite I used to carry in my previous line of work. Plenty bright enough to illuminate and startle any potential rapscallions. Plenty dim enough to see the keyhole on the shop door. If you carry and use a pocket light every day, this is a great option.

Olight makes some of the best flashlights but…
I’ve owned many other brands of flashlights such as streamlight, nitecore, thrunite, wuben, acebeam etc. and olight always ends up being some of my favorite flashlights hands down some of the best build quality features and overall quality of light output never disappoints. I see alot of people complain about the heat of the warrior 3s and it hasn’t been much of an issue for me, that said the light really shouldn’t be ran in turbo mode all the time just in short bursts in my opinion. Using it in high really doesn’t seem to have a high temperature. The moonlight is also very useful indoors and buttons feel like they are very well built. Overall pretty happy with this light it is one of my favorite tactical flashlights except one slight annoyance. Which is the fact that the lens does seem to scratch very easy. I never dropped the light and always keep it in the holster. I’m not sure how but the rest of the light doesn’t have any scratches just the lens so be careful with that. Being a tactical light the lens glass should be a little more durable in my opinion that’s the only thing keeping it from being 5 stars. This is the only olight I’ve had that issue with since I own the baton 3 pro max, the iMini 2, pl mini 2 Valkyrie, arkfeld etc. none of them seem to have this problem but the warrior 3s does. Other than that awesome flashlight.

Best flashlight I’ve ever owned.
I use this flashlight at work on my radio strap as a firefighter/paramedic.Pros: easy to use brightness modes. I use the high, mid and moon settings the most. High mode is VERY bright, and throws a good distance away to illuminate trees and telephone poles. Pocket clip is also very secure. Battery lasts a long time and it charges pretty quick.Cons: it has a proximity sensor which seems like a good idea, but it just dims the light when I don’t want it to. The light also gets hot in a few minutes, but given the power this is a minor con.
