Everyone liked this as a meal– or as part of the meal.
As a soup it was 260 calories per can– which can be split as smaller servings or used as a base for a single person’s meal by adding a pack of noodles to the soup and then cooking it in the microwave. All around good for nutrition and being filling, it is a good start to a meal or as a solo comb. And amusingly, the packet of noodles is more calories than the soup “most of the time” so do the math to make sure it is enough for what you are going do in terms of nutrition and volume.If you use it as a base make sure there will be enough for the number of people eating it. It goes down easily, and kids liked it as much as the adults liked it– and that is rare…

Unnatural taste and texture
Perhaps they can’t make an affordable product like this withoutusing highly processed ingredients. It just doesn’t taste natural andhas a fake texture. It’s ok in a pinch, but I wouldn’t consume this ona reqular basis if you don’t want to develop high blood pressure fromthe excessive sodiium.
