HOW TO REPLACE?
1. Unplug the air purifier, and remove the FLT5000 Replacement Filter cover.
2. Remove the old air filters and properly dispose them.
3. Unwrap the new filter, place it into the housing with the pull tabs facing out.
4. Properly replace the filter cover onto the housing.
5. Plug in and turn on the air purifier.

Germ Guardian HEPA Filter size “C”
This is a fantastic deal for replacing the filters on my GermGuardian tower filters that use the size C filters. They were a direct replacement to my old filters and fit like a glove. I like that each filter comes individually wrapped and has the black charcoal pre-filter just like the GermGuardian filters. Everything was packaged neatly in a box and shipping was extremely fast.

Fits our air purifier
I like that this is a six pack, as our filter seems to pull more pollutants out of the air than I can believe so we can switch them out more often. This set fits well and should keep our air nice and clean.

While I can’t scientifically back that these are true HEPA filters, I can say they fit perfect and I don’t notice a difference in my air purifier. Will buy again!

Just What I Needed at at Fraction of the Cost!
These filters are so expensive, so I was pleased to find these. The filters and pre-filters work great, and I’m getting tons of dust sucked into them. Wherever you might buy these from, give these a try. I’m extremely pleased with the quality and longevity of these.

Fits the AC5000E
These filters fit the Germ Guardian AC5000E just fine. I always keep the filters vacuumed out and cleaned, but it really was time to replace them. These FTL5000 filters were a fraction of the price of the name brand ones. I have no way to tell if they perform the same level of filtration as the expensive ones, but they seem to work fine as far as I can tell.One thing I noticed is it seems these filters have slightly fewer ridges per inch than the original name brand ones. So whatever that means… maybe slightly worse quality filtering? maybe not? who knows. But for the price, these can’t be beat. It hurts a lot less to change them out every 6 months when they’re less than $10 a pop, versus $30 a pop. Especially because we have 4 of these filters throughout our house.

No Complaints…
Full disclosure, I got these knowing that the black carbon pre-filters would fit in my unit, but that the other HEPA replacement filters were a little off. My unit needs a filter about an inch wider, and a half an inch shorter. The carbon pre-filters are perfect. Not too thick, not too thin, and a nice alternative to an OEM filter. After making a few “modifications,” the HEPA filter fit in my unit as well. All in all, these are a great alternative to the OEM filter both for quality and price.
