Great piece of mind
I bought one for myself and gifted the second one. I appreciate the price which had kept be from buying them in the past. I like that they are reusable. Simple to use in an emergency and have easy to ready instructions on the outside. This is great to have for piece of mind. Bright red color makes them easy to find under the sink cabinet in an emergency and can also be used while camping or grilling. Feel safe knowing my teenager can use it if needed.

Easy to hang up and easy to use
I have not used my fire blanket yet. I got two and hung one upstairs and one downstairs. You can hang the pouch and there are two tabs hanging down that you would pull and grab the fire blanket and smother a fire. Great gift for anyone and gives me a feeling of security. Highly recommend.

I was disappointed with the delivery. I had ordered 8 of these to give away as Christmas gifts to my family members. I had ordered these well in advance to Christmas. Shipment was delayed so I didn’t get then on time.

Perfect gift for someone who has “everything”
I bought these after seeing a local news report of a man whose car caught on fire, and he could not get out, and nobody else seemed to be able to safely get him out until he had been in there a long time. These are designed to be quick release and will smother a fire almost instantly, so tossing it over a fire, when getting away is not an immediate alternative, or when your engine is smoking, etc., I purchased a bunch of them and gave them to all of my adult children to keep in their cars and kitchens. Although the instructions do not say this specifically, it seems that these would be the best thing to use to smother a fire already on a person or to throw over yourself to run out of a burning building. You don’t have to know what kind of fire it is; without oxygen, there is no fire. This is not instead of a fire extinguisher or instead of calling the fire department, it is to help you have a safe way to get away.

Must have in your house or apartment
I bought these to have in house incase of emergency. They value for two was great, the design of this is by far the best, the size or big and perfect. I got them because as parents when we are not home our teens or adult teens still can be safe and let’s face it when your in the kitchen you need things to help prevent matters getting worse. So this is a great addition to have in the kitchen and we also keep on in the laundry room.

Better than expected
Have not used these yet and hopefully never will but they’re a nice fiberglass cloth, not the coarse mat I was expecting. The bag seems to be good quality and securely holds the blanket but it’s still easy enough to get the blanket out, they aren’t beautiful but they are easy to find. The 4-pack was a great value and I was able to put them in several places around the house.
