PROS: Great idea, compact, quiet, and works nice with either sized standard mason jar lids, includes 5 of each sized covers, a short USB charging cord, sheet of self stick labels, and a solid metal lid lifter with key chain style ring. Nice large clear LED power indicator and vacuum time counter display, 20 seconds (with self stop) and your lids are sealed tight, taking all the guess work out of canning with possibly loose lids and covers, will do quite a few jar lids prior to needing recharge, (your results may vary, but, I found it did one or two jar lids per 1% to 2% discharge), so it should do around 72 small jars or 60 large jars if filled to the bottom thread as recommended. CONS: Small lids occasionally get stuck inside if vacuum doesn’t catch just right, little difficult to get and keep clean if you make a mess by overfilling your jars, doesn’t include charging transformer as most items don’t now, thinking everyone has many USB chargers just laying around…plan accordingly if you don’t. Overall good idea for speeding up your canning, works fine for long term fridge storage and air tight preservation without canning. Would make a great gift too.

Perfect for Salsa
Made a mean Serrano pepper salsa and used this product to store it and perserve the flavor. Ez to use and it comes with the top covers! Very practical especially for such a low price.

I make homemade elderberry syrup and homemade sauces and this has been a game changer. The only thing I wasn’t quite prepared for was how tight the suction gets. Which is not a bad thing at all. Pulling the lids off after using the suction device is quite a task unless you have the right tools. Functions perfectly, seals perfectly, and so easy to use. Literally just put it on top of the jar before you put the ring on press the button and seal the jar. Take the machine off and then put your ring back on the top of your mason jar and voila. Definitely happy with my purchase.

Works OK..but won’t seal regular size mason jar but will seal the wide mouth with no problem???? Quality is good, very easy to use, battery lasts a very long time disappointed that only half of the machine works.
