I purchased my MegaWise Vacuum Sealer Machine in August 2024. It was great, compact and easy to use. In December it stopped sealing, so I contacted the manufacturer’s customer service, and they sent me a new rubber seal within 2 weeks. It was easy to replace, and it’s back up and running perfectly. I would recommend this product. Sue

Great machine. Useless bag cutter
The machine is easy to use and works well so far (just tried it out today). Nice that they have a video to show how to use it, that was very helpful. Only downside was the bag cutter – it’s Totally useless! Doesn’t cut well at all, left a ragged end on the bag. But the machine works well. Just a bit confused on the setting for bag thickness so we left it on the default “medium”

i am in love with this thing but i think i got a faulty one to be honest it keeps saying contact support but i will say that this is a really great price for the product that i am getting there is a cutter on top and it also has a vacuum tube option which was a plus for me only issues was the contact support thing but other than that i would recommend this to everyone saves the food and no more freezer burn

Don’t Use an RV Fridge without one!
This vacuum sealer is great! Compact size and works well. It keeps my frozen food freezer-burn-free for over 9 months. That’s amazing for an absorption-type refrigerator in an RV. Imagine how well it would work in a conventional fridge. Also great for long-term storage of dry goods and refrigerated items.

My husband and I don’t have anyone else in our household, but we like to get our veggies and meats at Costco due to pricing and quality – but it all comes with wayyy too much of everything for us to eat before it rots even when frozen in Ziplocks. I got this vacuum sealer on sale, but honestly, I would suggest this at normal price, too!It is SO beginner user friendly, it is extremely quick, and it has multiple functions! It can vacuum seal, seal plastic baggies and sheets, cut the plastic baggies/sheets and re-seal them, and it even comes with an attachment to vacuum seal jars!The design is a little dated, but that’s okay – it is going to stay in my cupboard whenever it’s not in use, so that doesn’t really matter.Cleaning it is also very straightforward: wait for the sealing band/rod to cool after your final use, and wipe the inside down with a paper towel. It cannot get any easier ♡Thank you for selling the shiny new gadget in my kitchen, Megawise ♡

Doesn’t work as well
It worked really well at first, sucking so much air out and sealing really well. I’ve had it for 4-5 months now and it has already quit vacuuming as well. I’m working with product support but I’ll update this review

I had a big vac sealer and it was way too loud bought a new Megawise vac sealer and it is so convenient and small and it works very well. I’m glad that I received it and I have been using it for about a month. It does a great jobThe customer service on this product was wonderful. They not only sent me the missing item, but they also called to check in.

It’s convenient to store, lightweight and works well. This is my first vaccum sealer, so nothing to compare it too. The suction power removes the air quite well, the speed could be faster but hense the budget friendly price it’s a pretty good product. I am happy with it and use it often.The sealer does get warm with lots of use at one time, but the manufacturer notes that and to let it cool down.

This product is not up to all it claims it keeps referring me back to customer service. It is suppose to suck the air out but it does every so often would not purchase again. Tried contacting customer service but with difficulty as it is not in this country.
