FAQs
Q: What’s the shelf life of this product?
A: The original Yuclet personal water filter has an unlimited shelf life! Once used, the filter lasts up to 1,300 gallons – enough to last an individual for over 5 years!
Q: What type of bottle can be screwed onto the filter?
A: Yuclet water filter fits most standard 28mm or 30mm threaded water/soda bottles. For bottles with shallow threads, the bottle neck ring may need to be removed. (Note: We cannot ensure universal compatibility as water bottle sizes vary in the market.)
Q: Why can’t it suck water through?
A: Please check if the silicone dust plug has been removed.
Q: Can it be used to filter saline water?
A: No, the filter can be used to filter fresh water rather than saline water.
Q: How do I know when it’s time to change the filter?
A: If you experience low or no flow rate, consider replacing the filter. Water flow will cease when the filter reaches the end of its lifespan. If you start to experience bad taste, it’s also time to replace the filter.
Q: Does the filter remove TDS?
A: Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) is a term used to describe the inorganic salts and small amounts of organic matter present in water. Some of these dissolved solids are contaminants, and Yuclet water filter does remove some of them, but many are actually good for you, such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium. For example, bottled water can have a high TDS reading due to higher levels of mineral content. Yuclet water filter is designed to remove contaminantsand particles from water, but it doesn’t directly affect the TDS level. For reducing TDS levels, you would need a different type of filtration system, such as a reverse osmosis filter or a distillation process.

Great Product for Outdoor Adventures!
I recently purchased the 4-pack of Yuclet Water Filter Straws, and I couldn’t be happier with them. These straws are a game-changer for outdoor enthusiasts like myself. Whether hiking, camping, or just spending time outdoors, having access to clean, filtered water is essential, and Yuclet delivers on that front. The compact and lightweight design makes them easy to pack in any backpack or emergency kit, and the filtration process is quick and reliable. I’ve used them a few times in various streams and lakes, and the water tasted clean and fresh every time. The peace of mind they offer, knowing I can have safe drinking water wherever I am, is priceless.I also appreciate that this pack comes with four straws, so I can share them with family or friends during group trips, or have backups in my emergency supplies. Overall, great value for the price and a must-have for anyone who loves the outdoors. Highly recommend!

Easy to Store for Emergencies or Camping!
One of the things I dread is running out of bottled water in an emergency and having to drink the tap water which I don’t think tastes as good. These water filter straws are a good solution because they are easy to keep on hand for purifying water and can be attached to a water bottle that you fill up with water yourself. So either you can drink straight out of a water source or use a bottle. Watch the videos for how to use this because there is a little plug you need to remove or else you won’t be able to sip water from the straw. I’m glad I have these and know this is part of my survival kit.~The Rebecca Review

This is a great item to use with or without so-called, purified water!
YES . . . so to be clear on this review . . .Again . . . “This is a great item to use, with or without so-called, purified water!”Since many of us in the same hotel last year was drinking so-called “purified water,” and almost 90% of the 14 habituates got the “quick step” to the commodes, as we most all learned the “ultra-soft” way, that they may call it “purified” water, but it in really, and truly was NOT!SO, rather than just speculate, and really guess wrong . .I’d rather use one of these fine purifying straws, than NOT!

Great value
Awesome deal on the 4 pack. I’ve priced these at a few different sites and by far this was the best deal. Looking forward to trying them and will update on performance.

Safe, convenient and easy to carry
These filters are really convenient for third world country workers in rural areas. They’re light, easy to carry and effective. They’re also pretty necessary in locations like the Dominican Republic that don’t have clean water. These were given to the workers who work in the plantations of the Dominican Republic far from potable water sources.

Title says it all. Its just another part of a huge get home bag. Survivalist stuff. Yep.
