Functional and Durable
These are great. There are many resistant options in this set. I also love the different colors so you know which resistance band you are using. They are comfortable and thick. Great value for the money you are spending. There are awesome you tube videos out if you aren’t sure how to use these bands.

Work great with a pull up bar
These resistance bands work great with my pull-up bar! They provide the perfect amount of assistance, making pull-ups much more manageable while still offering a good challenge. The bands are durable and stretch nicely without snapping, and they’re easy to adjust for different resistance levels. If you’re looking to improve your pull-up game, these are a must-have!

Great bands
These band are great. I’ve been having issues with my shoulder due to sitting at a desk all day and using these bands has help keep things from hurting and even has been helping me rebuild muscle I used to have. The bands do have a powder to help protect the bands from the oils in your skin but it also smells kinda powdery/rubbery on your hands afterward. My supervisor uses these bands too (how I found out about them) but he noticed they do lose a small amount of resistance after excessive use but they are still resistant. Overall a great product and is definitely worth the money. Just pay attention to the poundage to make sure it fits your needs.

Bands are too long to get resistance through the full range of exercise motion.
These bands seem durable with good resistance but the problem is that they are so long that it is not possible to get a full range of motion for most exercises so you have to improvise a way to be able to do that. Even looking at the picture of the person demonstrating the product you can see that he is not getting resistance at the beginning point of the curl but only at the midpoint of the curling motion.
