20 SERVINGS OF EMERGENCY FOOD: This emergency food supply doesn’t compromise on taste. Enjoy a variety of delicious recipes like Grammy’s Sweet Oatmeal & America’s Finest Mac & Cheese. Enjoy about 6 servings/day for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks. 72-Hour Kit has an average of 4,800 total calories (approx. 1,600 per day – you may want or need more+) for energy & nutrients to survive an emergency.
“DISASTER-RESISTANT” PACKAGING: Triple-layer Mylar premium packaging works as a barrier to help protect against things that can harm your survival food: air, light & moisture. We use a high-tech, high-capacity oxygen absorber to suck OUT any excess air.
DESIGNED FOR SURVIVAL OR ADVENTURES: Whether you’re rounding out your survival stockpile, bugging out, or taking the family camping, this survival food will help keep you prepared. The lightweight, disaster-resistant packaging is perfect for stashing away or to bring on-the-go.
EASY TO PREPARE, READY IN MINUTES: Tastier than MRE meals, just add boiling water, simmer and serve. It takes about 15 minutes from start to finish. With meals like Creamy Rice & Vegetable Dinner, you have a delicious variety of emergency food for your family.
SURVIVAL FOOD DESIGNED TO LAST 25 YEARS: This emergency food supply is designed for long-term storage. Storage conditions impact shelf life. For best results, protect food from heat, air & moisture. Avoid exposure to temps above 75 degrees F. Keep food sealed until ready to eat. Shelf life varies based on storage conditions.
PEACE OF MIND FOR DAYS: With a 72-hour supply of survival food on hand, you’ll be better prepared to handle an emergency situation. From dangerous storms and blackouts to supply chain disruptions, this long-lasting food store could be a lifesaver in a crisis.
+YOU MAY WANT OR NEED MORE CALORIES PER DAY especially if you’re pregnant, a child, elderly, or have health conditions. Your food kit is designed to provide energy & nutrients for 1 person in an emergency, not to be a complete caloric replacement during normal times.

Looks good
It looks like everything is there. I haven’t opened anything yet, so no clue on the quality. The box is nice, I had enough room to add a few other things I might need.

Excellent product from a reliable company
There are lots of options out there for “emergency food” but 4Patriots backs their product with great customer support. I had a minor shipping issue and 4Patriots was easy to reach and immediately addressed it in an honest and straightfoward way. I am fully satisfied with the product and their excellent service.

Wanted to give 3 stars but that’s probably a little harsh.
So I started getting the 72-hour kits in a monthly subscription just to start saving away a little extra food. Saw a good 4th of July sale and ordered a 4 week kit and some more 72-hour kits. I decided that maybe I’d better actually open one up and see what they’re all about. So I didI opened up a 72-hour bag and was surprised to see 3 large pouches. 1 pouch for breakfast, one for lunch and 1 for dinner. This confused me because the kit is for 1 person for 72 hours but I 3 bags with 4, 8 and 8 servings per bag. Maybe I didn’t research it enough but I would have expected 9 individual bags. 1 bag for each meal, each day. Why, in an emergency situation, would I want to make all these meals on day 1? Just doesn’t make sence to me.I made and ate the Mac and cheese. While looking nothing like the picture, not surprised, it was perfectly edible and I would have no problem eating in an emergency situation or any time for that matter. It was pretty runny and a bit salty but I had no problem eating it. Will finish off this kit in the next day or so.While I think these are great to have I think I may stop my subscription and look for something else that fits with my train of thought a bit better. I may end up right back to this though and I have no problem with that

Not really what I was expecting
Ok, right off the bat I want to say that I haven’t eaten these yet as they are an emergency food supply so I don’t know how they taste, but I gave them five stars for taste because I’m taking them at their word. And the thing that bugs me about the product could just be that the producers of the product had a different view for how these would be used than I did. But I purchased them for an emergency “go bag” for situations such as, after a natural disaster, or if I got stranded somewhere and needed to have emergency rations. The product is advertised as 72 hours of food for emergencies. There are three packets. One of oatmeal (presumably for breakfast), one of mac and cheese (presumably for lunch) and one of a chicken and rice meal of some kind (presumably for dinner). And one of the things that attracted me to this set was that it had “real food” rather than a 3600 calorie snack bar or other thing like that. But each packet says it has 8 servings and they’re all in that same packet. The outer package has a ziploc on it, but the individual packets of food don’t. So, I’m trying to picture just how this would work in a situation where I would have to divvy up the 8 servings to last three days. Once I open the packet I can’t reseal it. I can’t guarantee that in an emergency I’ll have measuring cups available to figure out how much to make so I’ll have enough to last. And if I make it all, then how do I store the uneaten part? I was picturing more of an MRE pack where they are individually packaged for each meal. And that would work best if I were stranded in a car, or in the wilderness, or even if there has been a natural disaster and I’m at home without electricity. The package does say that it’s great for camping, and I agree, that would probably work best. But there is still the issue of having eight servings in a single bag. So, I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to figure out the best way for this to work. And, realistically, in an emergency food is food. I hope it tastes as good as advertised.

Excellent product- good price.
I highly recommend everyone get this. I suggest getting one each month. Each one is enough food for 1 person for 1 month. Or it sufficient for 2 people for 2 weeks. Or enough for 4 people for 1 week. I highly recommend enough food for a minimum of a month 2 months worth is better, 3 months is good and 4 months is best.

This comes in 3 packets one for each type of food. For long term storage this is fine, but once that seal is broken you’re on a timer.I’m using these for camping, so I’ll be transferring them to ziploc bags – splitting up the portions, but the cooking instructions are for the entire bag.. so it is going to be a bit of math to figure out what the cooking time is, and then you’re going to need to eyeball it from there. Just keep in mind – once those internal packets are open, your 25 years gets a lot shorter. best eat it within a week or two unless you can vacuum seal it, and even then you should be wary.

The bin is nice, I honestly thought customs must have rifles through it and taken some meals. It was just a heap of packs thrown in a tub. For the price, I feel cheated. It says 4 weeks supply. C’mon. It would be hard to make it last 2 weeks. There are 7 “dinners”. It says you need to refrigerate remainder. But in survival mode, that may not work. They claim this is 192 meals. That’s 7 meals I’m supposed to ration out of each bag? There is only 26 bags. 4 weeks? No. 192 servings? No. Worth over $500? Not at all

We were disappointed to find that the kit is not individually wrapped.1 big bag of each. So, be ready to eat 72hrs of mac n cheese in one shot. This is very disappointing especially test in the description it claims 16 meals. Very misleading.
