I love this product; able to quit vaping.

Wasn’t anything to this. Just a hole in metal. Didn’t do anything for me. But it is sturdy and comfortable to wear.

Helps with Anxiety
So I bought this to help with my anxiety and stop vaping! It is great quality and isn’t an eye sore! It has helped me not vape near as much as I did! ( I vaped when I was anxious.)

Take a very deep breath. Purse your lips together and make the smallest hole with your lips to exhale through. I wish I would have just done that instead of looking for a product. It is kinda nice if you have an oral fixation I guess. The hole could be smaller. I like my own breathing exercise.

It works: biggest problem is remembering to wear it
I bought this for my husband as a method to try and quit smoking. So far, he said he can tell that it’s working because he notices he is smoking less without noticing in the moment. He doesn’t notice until he sees how many cigarettes are left at the end of the day. The biggest and only problem is remembering to wear it. It just needs to become a new habit, and that takes time. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
