I got this little bottle of pills for an emergency to provide drinking water, if the pipes to us should become contaminated or cut off.

Very happy with Aquatabs Marine. The instructions on the bottle were a bit tricky to read, but the Aquamarine website had tons of information. Their customer service was very responsive, guiding me to the recommended test strips and flow meter. With those additions, this product works like a charm

Fabulous Product
We would rate this product 6 stars if we could. No need to stock up on bottled water, especially if we’re out on longer trips. Simplifies things significantly & gives you one less thing to worry about. We highly recommend.

Not sure how many to use?
These aqua clarifying tablets contain a good amount of tablets and smell like chlorine. The directions state to fill a cup (not included but says included in the directions) to the 50ml fill line. Converted this is just under 1/4c or .2 cups. Dip a test strip into the cup for 20 seconds, or according to the chart, the colder the water the longer the dip time (see photo). Wait 20 seconds to match color chart.I want to take these tablets with me camping this spring. It would be nice to have an idea of how many tablets to put in my 40 ounce canteen if I was getting spring water from the stream. Also, the kit only comes with two test strips so I’m going to have to order more test strips. There is a Technical Support phone number and email. I think I will email them questions and ask where I can purchase more test strips.

Works Like a Charm
Aquatabs Marine works exactly as advertised! I followed their recommendation and got the test strips from their website so I can always test the water to make sure it was safe.

Only a 2yr expiration
I picked these up to have in case of an emergency. (A good idea with the current state of the world… be prepared). My bottle expires: 11/2025 I am not looking forward to replacing these so quickly. $30 for 100 tablets. If I were buying these for emergency stock, I would definitely look for something with a longer expiration.If you are active or live off grid, $.30 cents a tab isn’t bad. In my case, this is most likely going to be a $30 paper weight that I will need to replace in 1.5yrs.
