Quick and Easy
Once you understand what you need to do, the test itself is easy. Results were quick. The turnaround time was 3 days from the day I dropped off the samples in the mailbox.To improve the experience, the manufacturer could include a “What’s in the kit” sheet, showing the items (as drawings) that are included in the kit so you know “exactly” what each item is and what the instruction is referring to.Using my smartphone to read the test instructions online while preparing and conducting the test was somewhat inconvenient since my phone keeps timing out and closing. Since the test instructions are simply text, there’s no reason why it can’t also be printed and included in the kit. But it would be even better if there was a video demo to show exactly how to conduct the test correctly. The last thing anybody wants is to collect the samples incorrectly.

Easy and Simple to Use Test.
Bought the test kit in hopes to get faster results with earliest dr appointment 3 weeks away. Kudos to Amazon for fast next day delivery. The test was simple to use. As soon as it arrived, I ripped open the package, did the test and off went the samples. Pretty seamless process! I think I would get again if I’m ever in a bind and will highly recommend this to those that need quick results for a peace of mind!

Do not buy!!
Not only did it come until way later than stated, but they DO NOT offer you next step medical treatment as stated!! They just refer you back to your primary care physician or to a walk-in clinic. This was absolutely pointless!

A good and cost-effective solution for anyone who doesn’t want to go thru insurance or go in-person to a clinic. This kit is easy to use and the results came back quickly. Their app came in super handy – especially the sharing feature. Would use it again and definitely recommend.

My first time using this company before. It was been 9 days since I mailed off kit. No notification that they received the kit, and no results. When I go online information is there but nothing about the test or results. Clicked to chat with someone no response. They have a number that you can call. No answer you get voicemail. No one calls you back. Emailed them and they responded back let’s get to know each other. Had problems at first, but they did correct the problem.
