Used to disinfect and deodorize car A/C
In the past I was using Lysol to spray into the air intake of our cars and that would work for a little while (a couple of months) to keep the funky smell from coming back. For a more heavy-duty once a season treatment, I was using those cans of evaporator coil cleaners and spaying into the drain line. Those treatments work a lot better and the smell usually doesn’t come back until the next season. I wanted something that I could use to spray into the air intake vents on a monthly basis without having to take panels out and do the evaporator coil treatment. The Lysol treatments also wouldn’t last that long. This product works great and your success depends on how fine of a mist you can get. I got a spray bottle off Amazon and the spray isn’t that fine but it’s fine enough for the application I’m using. I take out the cabin air filter (and if it doesn’t have to be replaced, I’ll shake it and spray it down with this product as well). and then I run the A/C at max and spray the product into the air intake vents on the outside of the car (make sure your A/C is set for fresh air and not recirculate). After I do that for a minute or so, I will then go inside the car and change the air setting to recirculate. I usually roll the windows down, or you can open the doors, and then I spray the product underneath the dash (passenger and driver side if you have dual zone A/C) so the internal air intakes circulate the product. Your vehicle carpet will get wet so don’t go too crazy. You don’t need a ton of product. I smell more of a wintergreen type scent versus the grapefruit but once the product dries, there really isn’t that much of a scent. (don’t forget to install/re-install your cabin air fliter) I think a gallon of this concentrated product will last me many years and save me a lot of money. Well worth it to keep my car A/C’s smelling fresh.

Great DIY All-Purpose Cleaner
I was looking for less toxic disinfectant alternatives and came across this product on Amazon. I loved it! I essentially clean everything with it, from tables to my floor. The smell is a bit strong for me but I like combining 2/3 with 1/3 of alcohol along with a bit of a soap/detergent and put it in a spray bottle (check pic for products used). It makes my place smell so clean and fancy! I sometimes spray it in the guests’ pillows & sheets 30 mins before guests arrive to make my sheets smell good + make sure it’s all clean.

Best smelling cleaner
We had a main pipe leak in basement and needed to sanitize the floor. I can’t tolerate bleach so I looked into this product.I was very impressed with all the viruses, etc that it kills and by the fact that it’s registered with the EPA as a disinfectant.I poured it straight into a larger sprayer (it did not say to dilute) and went about spreading all non porous surfaces that had gotten the disgusting water on it/in it, including the large containers we put under the leak. It was a lot that I sprayed and still have about 1/3 of the gallon left.In accordance to directions I’m allowing to air dry. And the smell isn’t bad at all. Usually bleach or other chemicals burn my sinuses or make me sneeze or give me terrible headaches. This isn’t doing any of that. Didn’t need a respirator but I did put on gloves and boots.Would highly recommend this as an easy application product.

Recommended for mold remediation but smell is a bit intense
We had a leak under one of our sinks at work but before facilities would do any repairs, they wanted to make sure mold was remediated. The risk management guy recommended thyme-based (thymol) cleaners in particular and this one came up at a great value. For this particular application, we saturated the wood with the Bioesque and then used a wire brush to disrupt potential biological growth. After it was dry, we were instructed to apply Zinsser/Kilz or other encapsulating primers. When you use this spray, the area will smell intensely like thymol which, to some, was pleasantly reminiscent of an Italian restaurant and to others, was overpoweringly strong. This stuff did the trick and facilities was satisfied with its application. I would suggest use in a well-ventilated area. We also used this to clean a walk in cooler but the lingering smell was vaguely reminiscent of cigarette smoke (???). We still have A TON left.Four stars for being a safe, natural disinfectant and for a little going a long way. Minus a star for the controversial smell.

Powerful thymol based cleaner with nice scent.
I like that the concentration of thymol in their product is high. It’s supposedly rated to kill norovirus after 4 minutes. That’s great! I also like the citrus scent. Yes, it smells like thymol which some might not enjoy but I’d rather smell a natural disinfectant smell that’s not going to be toxic to my body.

Works!
Been using this on the build up around the window sills and it really seems to kill off the mold and keep it off. We’ll definitely keep using it. We really like that it is a more natural product!

Not scented at all
I used this in a fogger in our crawl space and while I can’t really say if it worked or not, it is not botanically scented at all. It just smells like chemicals and has lingered for 2 weeks now.
