Works well!
Been using this lock for 6 months, and it works well! It works great after workouts, after being in the sauna, and when sweaty. Make sure to set up multiple fingerprints. The battery lasts over a month with regular use; I just charge it monthly out of habit. I’ve never been locked out. Highly recommend for gym or everyday use!

Great Lock!
This is our second lock. We have been using the first one on our refrigerator door to limit the number of diet cokes our 15yo drinks. We must open it 10 to 15 times a day at least. It works flawlessly for me every time. My wife sometimes struggles using it but she struggles the same way with her phone so I don’t think it’s the locks fault. We just received our second one and it was very easy to add it to the app. We will be using this on our freezer in the garage. These lock are very heavy duty and seem very well constructed. The app could use some work though for sure. If you are worried about the Chinese government tracking how often you need into your refrigerator or where the refrigerator is on the planet, then this might not be for you. Otherwise, these locks work great!

It will just STOP working
It did not last 1 year. Its is great until it is not. The lock connects to the app. It has plenty of charge. I can bind and unbind the lock. But will NOT open. Every time it tries to unlock it says failed both with the app and the fingerprint.

great concept…great customer service
Bought this in January 2023. i chose it as with increasing age came the need for readers to be able to read text and numbers including combination locks. not convenient when at the gym and not using readers. so i stumbled across this fingerprint or App driven lock. set up is very easy. once you fully charge the lock it took 5 minutes to set up both the fingerprint unlocking mechanism and downloading the app and connecting the lock to the app via bluetooth. once set up you can lock or unlock it either way. within the app you have the ability to set up multiple fingerprints to be able to use the lock. also it shows you the battery strength. was really happy. then 9 months later in October 2023 it stopped working. nothing worked. fingerprint didn’t work it was no longer linked to the app which was on my phone. went on line to the manufacture website and went through all the troubleshooting hints. nothing worked. couldn’t even get it to accept any charging via the USB connection (which is the only charging method). so on the website i reached out to customer service. after couple back and forth emails , with me proving i bought it on amazon they agreed to send me another one even though officially outside there refund window. just got the replacement and intend on sending the broke one back for quality control. so far so good with the new replacement lock. everything mentioned above applied to the replacement lock. will update further if warranted.

Easy to Install – Will Update in 6 Months
The lock was easy to install using the QR code which leads to the app, and from the app I was able to install my partner and I’s fingerprint. It was intuitive enough that we didn’t need to use the instructions to do so. The lock was already charged, I appreciate that, but the rubber seal over the charging part was a little hard to pop open (I used a knife edge to open it and it was fine). Works well opening it with our finer prints and the app. Well done.I will use this lock on my garage and will probably open it 1 to 3 times per week. I will update how well it works in November 2023, if there are any long term issues. If I don’t do so, that means there are none. I have other things to do.To those that have trouble using the lock every day and/or with “wet” gym fingers. 1. Dry off your finger, air it out, blow air on it. Maybe they have towels. Try yelling at it. Sorry this isn’t Star Trek and every new technology doesn’t work perfectly in every possible scenario. A lot of things don’t work when saturated: car, cigars, paper, your laptop, etc., etc. 2. If you use everyday, a lot, the battery will die faster. Surprise. Surprise.

Lasted a year on a full charge and now doesnt connect
I am typing this review a year after purchasing it for those who are curious on this locks performance.I bought this for my locker at work since having to use a combination lock over and over is a pain. This lock connected pretty quick when I bought it and charged pretty quickly. It lasts for about a little more than 6 months on a full charge too which is amazing. Everything was well ok until this past month. I opened the lock and noticed it wouldn’t lock back again. I even tried to reconnect it using the app (dbd+ or something) but it wouldn’t connect. It reconnected after I plugged it into a wall outlet but I noticed there was no light indicator for when it was charging. I left it to charge for a couple hours before reusing it and it lasted for exactly a week before it had connection issue again. I decided to charge it for a whole day after reconnecting it with the app and even that only lasted about a week and a half. I have read other reviews before buying this which most of them saying their lock started to have connectivity issues after around 9 months. Though it wasnt alot of people so I decided to buy one anyways and now here I am. I will rate all the features 5 out of 5 but the overall rating is a 3 because it only lasted for EXACTLY 1 year for me.

It is really useful at school, easy and fast to open, even tho sometimes it reacts as if it was someone else finger, tip: the more slots you use for 1 single finger, the better it works, and yea it’s good, it saves time and effort, and if u have full hands u can still open it by just pressing your finger
