The aforementioned other brand used to always get stuck in my throat and genuinely hurt but I take zinc because I’m always getting a cold or virus, and trying these, they look like tic tacs or breath mints and were super easy to take. Will definitely order again.

Over 45 then We are Zinc deficient!
I found out that we are zinc deficient when we go over 45 so purchase this! Don’t really know if it is working or not; Yet I turn 76 in 3 weeks and going rather strong! So, since I am 75 turning 76 I can say I am healthy and everything works! That’s what money is for, to live pain free!
