Lifesaver!
A few years ago my wife and I discovered these hydration packs and make sure they are always stocked wherever we go. I have dealt with migraines since I was little, and a big factor for me is dehydration (before you say “JUST DRINK MORE WATER” — it’s more than that.) While these don’t get rid of my migraines, they are a big boost in helping with my meds to take the edge off. We are also avid boaters and these are lifesavers after a long day in the sun for a refreshing boost. They are also AMAZING to take if you’ve indulged in too many adult beverages and are starting to feel bad. Taking one before bed and in the morning basically removes the hangover feeling. They are also GREAT if you are sick or have the flu and need to hydrate. I love that they have the sugar free versions too if you are trying to diet or doing the KETO diet. Not sure if they qualify as KETO friendly, but if there isn’t any sugar, that’s good enough for me. Overall I would recommend these things. They’ve saved my life more than once (not literally…but it beats praying to the porcelain gods…)

Flavor variety
I love that it is unsweetened but uses stevia. It is still a bit too sweet for me so I use half a packet. It helps keep me hydrated and helps when I feel fatigued. I love the variety of flavors.

I was not a huge fan of liquid IV when they first came out. They did not taste good at all. But these new flavors are delicious! Green Apple is so good and so is the peach!!

Great hydration powder drinks. My Dr told me I needed to better hydrate, especially living in the desert. These are convenient packets to mix into water. I love that they dissolve well into ice cold water, flavors are good (except the white grape…not my favorite). I just wish they were less expensive

For ZERO Sugar, These Taste Better Than Every Other Iteration of LiquidIV
I bought these flavors on a whim. I was a GIANT supporter of their original pack of flavors (Strawberry, Lemon-Lime, Passion Fruit, and Tropical Punch).However, this Sugar-Free Pack now has the best flavors ever. Maybe the original sugar they used, cane, just made the flavor profiles taste bad. Try the sugar free flavors…They are much tastier than the originals!

Feel so much better
I don’t know what was missing in my routine but these make me feel so so much better. I drink this and wear my b12 patch and I feel like Superman I can’t describe any other way. They taste very much like pedialite but they taste good and make me feel good.
