    Who Knows, I Could Be Getting Fewer Illnesses
    That’s the problem with supplements. If they’re working, how do you know they’re really working?A general practitioner I visited a couple of weeks ago, recommended that I take 50 mg of zinc daily. I had an upper-respiratory illness. She recommended that I take the zinc with Vitamins C and D to boost my immunity. So, I started taking all three. I’ll probably continue the zinc through the winter season.I’ve bestowed five stars on this product mainly because I’ve found nothing negative regarding it.I’ve used NOW Foods brand supplements in the past and have been happy with them.NOW Foods proclaims the Intertek GMP certification (Good Manufacturing Practice) for this product and that’s always a plus.

    Zinc
    I use zinc as a supplement when I’m not feeling well or congested ( so not a daily vitamin) this brand has worked well for me. It’s a good price. Just be sure to have something on your stomach ( food) in my experience if you don’t it can make you feel nauseous.

    suplemento muito bom, pensei que não ia chegar mais devido a ao atraso, pedi a até o reembolso mais chegou em 10/01/2025 gostei muito do suplemento que é de boa qualidade e original, sei que é muito sedo para falar dos resultados mas no primeiro dia de uso já deu para sentir a diferença desse suplemento que por sinal a now que é quem fabrica esse suplemento, fabrica outras linhas de suplementos diversos que são de ótima qualidade,

    to curtindo bastante. acho 50 mg muita coisa por dia, entao estou dividindo em 4 pedaços.alguns dias eu ingiro meio comprimido e outros dias 1/4 do comprimido.DICA: para cortar o comprimido ao meio ou até mesmo em 4 partes, é só colocar o comprimido sobre a mesa e entao pressionar com 2 dedos. Parte facilmente

    أخذته للوالد بسبب نقص الزنك عنده ، نصيحة لأي أحد قبلأخذ الحبوب عمل تحليل الزنك إذا ناقص خذه بعد إستشارةالطبيب للجرعة المناسبة
