Why can any fingerprints be unlocked?
The new lock is in the factory mode by default, any fingerprint can open it. Please bind the lock then register your fingerprints.
How do I choose the right size
Check the thickness of your cabinet. The thickness is less than or equal to 17mm, select size: 20mm, the thickness is less than or equal to 27mm, select 30mm size.
Why is the indicator light not on?
The drawer locks without electricity, please charge the lock. When charging, the red light is often on, and the red light goes off after full charging.
Register fingerprint
When registering fingerprints, please ensure that your fingers are dry and free of scratches. Registered fingerprints cannot be entered. Please adjust your orientation according to the APP voice prompts.
Why does Bluetooth automatically disconnect after unlocking?

Never Worry Key Lost Anymore !!!
Lock was really secure and anyone could set it up. The instructions were really clear and overall just an amazing accessory to have in comparison to old boring locks. You never have to be afraid of losing the key and the locks are just so simple to use. It’s a great tool to stop kids from opening cabinets and hurting themselves. 10/10 would buy it again. No longer charges after eight months
This worked great for about eight months. Now, despite trying a couple of different charges and cables, it just won’t stay charged. It can lock and unlock with a USB-C power source connected but doesn’t work on its own. Useless.

Easy install, not reliable unlocking wit finger print
Received my lock on time, it has a nice way to it and is an attractive lock on the front of my wood cabinet. It was relatively easy to install, everything‘s in millimeters and of course I have standard bits. Need to recess around the front base of the unit on uneven wood surface, used a forester bit, don’t recall what size, but it worked well. my only complaint is that I can train it to recognize my thumbprint and it seems to work OK until a day or two later and it will not open with the fingerprint. If it wasn’t for the app being unable to unlock the lock, I wouldn’t be able to get into my cabinet. It has been frustrating, but I wouldn’t return the lock as now I’ve created a new hole in the front of my furniture.

This lock is awesome. Setup and installation was easy. I replaced a number code lock. Unlocking with fingerprint and cellphone is much faster and convenient.

This is a simple, neat little gadget. After a little fumbling around to install it in our particular filing cabinet, we got it to work just fine. Hold a charge for a long time.

Definitely not a good fingerprint reader
Fingerprint literally never works. There is no 90 degree stop for the twist of the lock. It spins 360. The watch app and mobile app are the only way to use it.
