What a beautiful,powerful air purifier. I live in So Cal abd the devastating fires out a lot of smoke in the air. One day the smoke was so bad the smoke smell was in the house. This device worked amazingly, it is so easy to operate. I purchased two extra filters and purchased a two year protection plan. Reading other reviews they talked about excellent customer service. It has so many functions all easily changed at the top of the unit, mint is beautiful and looks esthetically beautiful I am so glad I invested in this air purifier. You will not be disappointed

Don’t Do What I Did! 😀
I consider myself a reasonably intelligent person, so this was a really dumb thing. I received the unit, opened the box, “read” the instructions (missing an important step in my excitement to try this out), plugged the unit in and….was SO DISAPPOINTED!! It was so loud, even on the lowest setting, I whined to my husband and immediately initiated a return, based on the loudness.When I went to put it back in the box to return, my husband set it on the counter so I could wrap the cord back up.That’s when I saw it…the protective plastic covering the filter. My husband laughed; I laughed. I removed the bag, plugged the unit back in and am SO IMPRESSED by the quietness of the unit. The low setting is nearly silent (to my mature ears) and the other two settings aren’t overly annoying (we watch tv with headphones anyways for individual volume preferences, if it’s on med. or high, we don’t hear it running).Seems to be doing a really good job with cleaning the air. We use a fireplace that always lets a little smoke in the room when you open the door too fast, and this has cleared it out pretty quickly. My husband was home the other day and ran the fireplace & purifier all day. When I got home the house smelled way fresher than with my old unit.I have a cat with asthma and am hoping this will help with keeping her attack free as well. I am planning on purchasing the 2 pack smaller units for the bedrooms.Very Happy!!!

The unit is very sturdy and nicely made. It was very easy to set up and start. It is a little nosier than I would like but the night mode is very tolerable. It’s like a white noise machine. I’ve only had this about 2 weeks, but so far I’m happy. I did feel the price was very reasonable.

I got this set because my kids and I have been having some serious bronchitis like symptoms for about 2 months. We moved into a house a year ago that was built in 1930 and doesn’t have a duct system. Through the summer we were able to circulate air more with fans and windows but that didn’t have any effect on the massive dust accumulation. The house was unoccupied for over 2 years before we moved in and it was filthy as far as dirt and layers of dust. And there is definitely mold. We did a hard-core cleaning but it was like every time I wipe everything, the next morning I’d come back to layers of dust as thick as before. Honestly it took me a little while to realize it was because of the lack of a duct system for central air and lack of circulation and there is probably so much dust in crevices, cracks, and walls that I just can’t reach for a while. We bought this place for the property and knew the house would be work but didn’t realize just how much. Honestly I hope we can just build a new house and tear this one down but that will be a while.For the past 2 months I’ve been waking every morning with serious head, throat, and breathing issues. I was beginning to have a constant wheeze in my chest and then this occasional other horrible, loud sound like a growling coming up my throat that sounded like bubbles of mucous. My kids were starting to have asthma like symptoms too and my youngest showing the same, more severe symptoms as I was with his breathing.I set these up the afternoon they were delivered. One in our living room and one in our bedroom where we all sleep right now. The air quality was in the RED. I put them on full blast for the first day until the lights turned green in the evening then I switched them to auto.Today is the next day after having them on not even a full 24 hrs yet but all through the whole night and this morning was the first morning in months that I woke up with a clear chest, no hoarseness to my voice, and no breathing issues and my youngests breathing sounds normal again too.Thank the gods I went ahead and got this. We will still have to renovate and fix some issues in this house but I’m so relieved these air purifiers will help to combat the breathing air issues.

Really works and is quiet!
We use a wood burning stove 24/7 in the winter and the dust and airborne particles are visible at times. I usually have a film of dust on my furniture 12 hours after I’ve dusted. I dusted, then set up the device about 6 feet from the stove. It’s been 48 hours and I still do not have dust on my furniture! Why didn’t we do this sooner? Especially for health reasons!

i got two of these for my large house. they work great at removing odors and even cigarette smoke from the air so far. the replacement filters seem a little expensive, will have to wait and see how often they need to be replaced. theyre quieter then i expected, even on the high setting, and on low they barely make a sound. time will tell if the machines are durable, have only had mine a few weeks but they seem well built.

The product is lightweight cheap plastic. The company ship to the UK yet the device requires a voltage step-down unit to cope with the 110V rated USA device. Company either dumb or dishonest. Factor in additional £50-100 for device to step down UK 240V. So far not seen source for replacement HEPA filters on Amazon either.
