Directions aren’t great but it was pretty self explanatory. Hardest part was tying all the balloons! Looked great once we got it hung up.

Great for the price. With the directions were better as I didn’t know if I should put all the balloons on one side or switch it up. I also had a lot of plastic at the end so maybe I was supposed to space them. But it worked perfect for what I needed. Took about an hour and I already had a ballon air pump.
