The One To Get
I ordered this product along with ReadyWise 30 Day Supply, and they arrived the same day. I immediately noticed how this was a superior product. A few bags from my ReadyWise bucket had burst and contents had spilled. The bags are extremely flimsy. The ReadyHour bags are much sturdier and I’d feel comfortable traveling with them/taking them camping without worrying that they’d burst. Also, the meal options are vastly superior. The ReadyWise comes with a lot of granola, white rice, and pancake mix – all things that are extremely easy (and cheap) to store long term on your own. The ReadyHour options are more complete meals with more protein, variety and less sugary options. The price is also superior. For just around $1 a serving in my opinion this is a deal. Good to have on hand in case of emergencies, and will also be using for camping. Will purchase again!

Everyone should have one
I bought a few of these to have incase of emergency because as everyone knows it’s better to be safe than sorry. It’s helped ease my mind knowing my family has this as an option if ever needed. I can’t attest to how they taste yet but it comes with a good variety of meals that I’m sure we won’t mind during desperate times. I like the storage container and the fact that these are good for up to 25yrs if stored correctly. I highly recommend and think everyone should consider having these on hand for emergencies.

It’s for an emergency
I’ve seen lots of complaints about punctured packs. I had none, and packs actually seemed very robust. The container was heavy on “creamy alfredo” items (which I don’t really care for), but a good variety. I recommend stocking your pantry with protein (canned tuna/sardines/mackerel/chicken/etc and dried fruits). For what it is, “Thumbs Up.”

Make sure you have hot water
Unlike a lot of MREs, these are freeze dried. Therefore, it will take boiling water to activate them and rehydrate them.Thankfully, it becomes with a guide in order to ensure that you have the proper amount of water for the exact amount of food that you want. Each item has a specific nutritional value so you can get the calories you need in an emergency; as well on the box there are a nutrition facts labels for each item in the box. Each bag is enough to feed one to two people so it is decent size per bag.I have about six sitting in my house so I consider a great value for the money. It last like 25 years. One of these days just for the heck of it I’m gonna open one and see if it tastes as good as or better than the ready to go MRE. But just remember this is survival food. It’s not gonna be cucumber sandwiches at the Ritz lol

Ready Hour Emergency Meal Entrées: Reliable, Long-lasting Nutrition for Peace of Mind
Rating: 5/5 StarsReview:As someone who values preparedness and self-sufficiency, I recently decided to invest in the Ready Hour Emergency Meal Entrées, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed. These non-perishable meals offer a level of convenience and reliability that provides peace of mind during uncertain times. The standout feature of these meals is undoubtedly their impressive 25-year shelf life. This longevity ensures that you have access to nutritious and satisfying meals whenever you need them, whether it’s for emergency situations, outdoor adventures, or simply as a convenient option for busy days. Knowing that I have a reliable food supply on hand, even in the event of a disaster or emergency, is incredibly reassuring.

Good food kit in case of emergency
Ever since covid, I have kept and periodically refresh a stock of canned food and other non perishable food supplies in case of emergency. I figured something like this would be good to keep around long term in case I ever forget to replace any expired products from my stash. I looked at several food kits and they all have various complaints but this one seemed like the sweet spot between price, amount of food provided, and overall reviews. It arrived a day ahead of schedule which was a surprise for a heavy item like this. It is well packaged and the handle on the bucket makes it super easy to move around. I opened the lid and there was no powder or any leaked product from any broken bags. I can’t vouch for the quality of the food and I will hopefully never have to use it, but I like the peace of mind having this around in case of a major emergency.

Good Enough When You Really Need It
The Ready Hour Emergency Meals were better than I expected for non-perishable food. Everything tastes pretty decent when you’re in an emergency, and these meals definitely hit the spot when you’re hungry. The shelf life of 25 years and flood-safe packaging are big pluses. However, the portions could be a bit bigger, and some meals were on the bland side without added seasoning. Overall, they’re a solid backup option for emergencies. Not gourmet, but they get the job done when it matters most.
