Changing myUpdated Review:First, I have to give 5 stars for the excellent customer service, which is hard to find these days. Initially, I planned to return my product after it stopped working following just one use.Unfortunately, due to vacation and business travel, I missed the Amazon return window. I reached out to the seller to see if they would still accept a return, and they were incredibly helpful. They worked with me to troubleshoot the issue and offered to send replacement bulbs. Communication was great throughout the process. When I finally received the shipment, I didn’t have a chance to open and test it until weeks later due to more travel. To my surprise, they had sent a full replacement unit, not just the bulbs. So far, it’s working —time will tell if it lasts beyond just one use…………………………….I tested the product for 15 minutes and it worked well. However, when I tried it for 30 minutes, it only worked once.I believe I may have received a defective unit, as it does not seem to be suitable for a large room but rather for a smaller space like a bathroom. I did not notice any significant impact from the product other than a metallic smell in the room.

Small but powerful
This is a small lightweight unit but it packs a big punch . Used it 2 times in a basement area and musty smell is gone . I say it’s a good value for the money . Easy to use and affordable..

Legitimate Product
I placed this in my restroom after remodeling the shower. I was worried mildew/mold in there and in the adjacent bedroom. I placed in the dark restroom for around 45 minutes and was left with a ‘cooked’ smell. Got a stronger, cooked and clean smell in the bedroom. The product itself looks nice, is lightweight and easy to use. I wouldn’t mind having 3-4 of these to sanitize rooms while not in use. The price was great and feels like a deal. I’d also be curious if this company made a larger model with an air intake feature to circulate air towards the unit.

Sensor too sensitive
The sensor that’s supposed to detect someone entering a room is to sensitive. I’ve done everything to try and get it to be able to last for the timers duration but it continues to shut itself off. To make sure I wasn’t mistaken because how would you know unless you have a camera in the same room because if you get close to the door to open and enter the room it’s in you might think it just shut itself off to keep you safe but the one I received that wasn’t the case. So I watched the camera from my phone to see it shut itself off after only a couple minutes. I’ve turned off all the lights closed the curtain, placed the unit in the middle of the room and it just doesn’t matter. Maybe living in the city is to much for the unit. I don’t know. I wonder how many people out there are having the same outcome but are unaware because they won’t go in until the time is up?

I guess the quality of production is problematic because firstly ordered lamp didn’t work.We wish manufacturers do the proper job and also tested for quality of products before sending on the market.

Quality Product
I read a lot of reviews before deciding on this one and I couldn’t be happier. It comes with a thick rubber cover to protect it during storage and a remote control. I’m very impressed with the safety features. When you plug it in a faint light appears. You can then leave the room and use the remote to turn it on. When you turn it on it makes 7 or 8 loud beeps to alert you to leave the room before actually turning on. The beeps get really fast right before it’s about to turn on. It then gives one loud beep once it’s finished. You have the remote so you can shut it off at any point if you’d like. It also has a motion sensor and it automatically shuts off if it senses any movement. This made me feel a lot better bc I have cats. Obviously I keep the door shut and keep them out, but it’s nice to have just for peace of mind. Anyway, I’m very impressed with this product and highly recommend. Also, I’d like to note that it will smell bad in the room after you sanitize. It’s just a result of the uv light breaking down the particles. You can Google it for more info. It doesn’t mean the unit is emitting ozone. This unit is ozone free. You just have to air out the room for 30min and the smell will be gone.

Tippy but Heroic
Really impressed with this thing so far. Definitely has controlled a horrifying mold outbreak; the results are tangible. There is often a sort of “cooked” smell when you put it in a moldy area and let it work.Just wish it didn’t get triggered to shut off inexplicably sometimes – (leaving me haunted with the question: what does it see moving in there when I shut the door??) – but also glad for the safety feature.It’s very lightweight and full of mercury. Wish the base was heavier so it wasn’t so tippy, even though its little cage does shield it from impact to some extent.Would be cooler still if it had a heavy rotating base or some such so it could ensure nothing is blocked by the plastic light housing. But maybe I’m getting too wild here.Wish the cord was 3x longer. Plan on needing an extension cord.That said, I’m pretty sure this is the best you can get for the price. There is no way I could have done this without little lamp buddy. There was a flood, everything was molding, the UV wand, air purifiers, bleach, p100s, silica gel, fans & vinegar were insufficient to stay ahead of the crisis. This saved my library of antique books, lots of furniture & so far it seems like the even the carpet may be salvaged.
