Comprehensive Thyroid Health Screening: Our at-home Thyroid Test provides a thorough examination of your thyroid function by measuring thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels. Understand the health of your thyroid and assess whether TSH levels indicate potential overproduction.
Early Detection for Preventive Care: Take a proactive approach to your health with this preventative test. By analyzing a blood sample with our easy-to-use kit, you can uncover issues before they escalate, helping to prevent conditions like hypothyroidism.
Metabolic Rate Control: The thyroid gland regulates your body’s metabolic rate, influencing how it uses and stores energy. Stay in control of your metabolism by monitoring TSH levels. A TSH level higher than 5μIU/mL may indicate an elevated level and the possibility of an underactive thyroid.
Quick and Reliable Results: Our rapid Thyroid Test delivers results based on a Positive/Higher or Negative/Normal basis, offering clarity on your thyroid health. Positive results can prompt further medical advice or additional testing, ensuring a swift and reliable screening process.
Easy-to-Use Home Testing Kit: Conduct your thyroid test comfortably at home with our all-inclusive kit. The package includes a test cassette, single-use buffer, sterile lancet, instructions, alcohol pads, and a capillary dropper. Follow the simple instructions, collect a blood sample, and gain valuable insights into your thyroid health without the need for a clinic visit.

Compared with Lab Results/not accurate
I bought this test kit first bc it was cheap, and I got a negative result- meaning my thyroid levels were supposedly good. But I was feeling so awful & I’ve had hypothyroidism for years, so I went ahead & paid for a full lab panel & my TSH is obscenely high. It’s over triple the high end of “normal,” so the cheap, rapid test was horribly inaccurate. If you have a history of hypothyroid, please do not rely on these test results.I followed the testing instructions precisely & I’m an RN, so the test was performed exactly to the guidelines it gave.

Fast and easy test
I purchased this rapid thyroid test to check my thyroid health without spending much on a doctor’s visit. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Despite my initial concerns about drawing blood from my fingertip, the process was painless. My results came back negative, which was reassuring. Overall, this test provided a convenient and affordable way to get quick answers about my thyroid health.

Couldn’t get lancets to work, and the filling tube was useless
Unfortunately the lancets did not work at all. There was no way to get the thick plastic tops off of them, and there was no hole for which the lancet could push through. Wasted several minutes trying to figure them out before using a diabetes lancet kit I had on hand. The little tube you’re supposed to use to collect your blood was essentially useless as well. I ended up having to drip blood into the test itself from my finger, and hopefully it was enough for an accurate result.Overall disappointed with this product, I’m just hoping the actual testing mechanic isn’t as faulty as the rest of the kit, as I did use it and get a negative result.

Important: those that think it didn’t work, those that are having issues getting diagnosed…
TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) levels follow a circadian rhythm, meaning they fluctuate throughout the day. TSH levels are typically highest at night and early in the morning, peaking between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM. Be mindful of when you test. Especially if you are dealing with “subclinical” hypothyroidism. For more information, keep reading.A “HIGH” TSH, is usually indicative of having LOW thyroid hormones. HIGH TSH levels, according to most endocrinologists should be 2.5-3.0 or less. However, just because you have an elevated TSH doesn’t mean you have hypothyroidism. The HIGH levels could be doing it’s job and you may have normal hormone levels. However, it is indicative of a problem brewing. AND despite 3.0 or less being the reference range. A lot of practitioners (other than endocrinologists) don’t know this. Many labs and general practitioners use 4.0 or even the very old 5.0 for their HIGH standard. Further, years ago it was also common for a TSH of 6 or 7 to be ignored and reported as normal. My understanding is that it was once believed that this was just not high enough to warrant further investigation. But that has changed over the past 15 years. People that went to school further back, many may not have heard the news! Though that is no excuse.Additionally, every person is so unique in their response to hypothyroidism. While one person with borderline results could experience significant illness, another could have a TSH of 20 and feel fine. Now there is a lot more to that, including whether or not your thyroid is still responding and producing hormones, but the point I make is that you need to be your own advocate and not take “you’re good or it was normal” as an answer if you’re feeling bad or feel otherwise. **If you are ordering this test and it is because you are not getting the care you deserve, empower yourself and don’t take NO for an answer. Also, keep reading.**First, what is TSH? It is a stimulating hormone, you can think of as a “thermostat”. When thyroid is “cold” which means “low hormone/low energy”, the TSH turns up the heat, by sending out little messengers to have the thyroid step it up and secrete more “heat”, meaning hormones. Then in response, once the body has enough hormone, the heat level that TSH set understands and stops sending out the messengers… TSH levels decrease. This sometimes confuses people since you’re having an “elevated” result indicating you are lacking or HYPO.But, just because you have an elevated TSH doesn’t always mean that you have hypothyroidism. High TSH only indicates that there is an issue; either you thyroid can’t make the hormone or the thyroid can no longer recognize the TSH and therefore won’t make it despite it’s ability to do so. However, most doctors with an elevated TSH and symptoms will treat a patient. This is because the treatment for hypothyroid is the same, no matter the cause. The benefit outweighs the risk with taking Synthroid. It is important to know what OVERT and SUBCLINICAL hypothyroidism means. OVERT means you have all the labs and symptoms, you have hypothyroidism. Subclinical is slightly more complicated, it means your TSH is HIGH but your thyroid is still secreting hormones and some people won’t have any symptoms at this stage while some will. Those with symptoms have a wide range of seriousness, ranging from mild to severe. Many doctors still don’t understand this and will ignore a normal T4 and TSH of 7, thereby subjecting a person to many more unnecessary tests and stress, when some a trial of synthroid and referral to endo could have save a person a lot of money and gray hairs. Everyone has different response these hormone levels. If the test is positive for elevated TSH one should then have their “free t4 tested”. At one time it was common to have “free T4 and T3” tested, but it is far more normal to start with only a T4. The normal reference range for Free T4 is 0.8 to 1.8 ng/dl. This is the test that will need to be LOW for a confirmed OVERT Hypothyroidism. Anything less than 0.8 ng/dl is LOW.Why, what it’s he cause? Most have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. Thyroiditis literally means inflamed thyroid, while Hashimoto is the doctor that discovered the condition in 1912. This is the most common reason, though there are many more. What occurs are antibodies attack the thyroid. Think of them as little demolition crews wacking hammers at the thyroid day in and day out. The thyroid swells and shuts down slowly, thus no longer able to make thyroid hormones. This is considered “autoimmune” disease, since it is your body that pulled this demolition crew together. This is ANOTHER test that is often ordered. Testing for antibodies will confirm the reason/type as well as secure the diagnosis.Sometimes, antibodies will be negative. Either because of the early stage of disease or because a more specialized demolition crews was requested from your body! Think of these as the sneaking, union line breaking sort. They attack the thermostat in hopes that you’ll freeze to death. That is right, this antibody blocks the pathway for TSH to turn on the thermostat and request more hormones. So it is n’t that the heat is no longer working, it is that the thermostat is broken and you can’t turn the heat (hormones) on. The issue here is that this test is rarely ordered and so if you have negative antibodies, some doctors stop there.Know that despite everything mentioned, there is one treatment for either OVERT or SUBCLINICAL (that is decided needs treatment). there is one treatment no matter the reason, auto-immune vs other cause. Hormone replacement, with a synthetic thyroid hormone, Synthroid. This drug is best taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and not ingesting any food or drink (other than water) for 30 minutes after it is taken and this is for a variety of reasons. Including but not limited to better absorption, preventing interference from certain foods/drinks and because of the TSH’s circadian rhythm causing it to be highest firs thing in the morning. I find that only half of those taking syntrhoid were told this or didn’t think it was that important. Knowing why it is important always helps one to do the right thing.I hope this helped. Anyone that read my review turned lesson, I thank you. I only aimed to write the first paragraph. Then I thought if I could help one person, I would love that.I didn’t order this test, and don’t know if the directions mention taking the test in the morning to capture anyone with borderline high levels. But for someone that may be having symptoms despite having a TSH of 6 during peak hours, but may revert to normal during the day (subclinical possibly); could benefit from Synthroid but may be missing this peak, as most labs don’t do labs during these hours.Sadly, despite it not being recommended, many practitioners still “treat numbers” meaning lab values and not their patients. Lab values should be used in conjunction with symptoms. Patients need to be valued and believed, but often are dismissed. I hate this. With hypothyroidism predominantly female disease, and with the maddening and saddening phenomenon that is still ongoing in the USA… in 2025, “medical gaslighting” is real. When a provider will dismiss, invalidate or downplay symptoms particularly by women. Minimizing their concerns or experiences and explaining them away as imagined, over exaggerated or emotionally driven which only lends to more delayed diagnoses, misdiagnoses and lack of treatment. It is sad. I beg you to take charge of your healthcare and empower yourself. And start firing doctors, and stop them from firing us! Find a provider that listens and works with you.. run far and fast from the egocentric narcissistic doctors that are enraged with your educating yourself suggesting you use doctor google. You’re likely smarter than that person to begin with.Best of luck. KMS

I consider myself fairly good with such tech being an RMN but this product has no list of what is included and the instructions are tiny. I used my phone to increase the images and text. When I did so could not see the capillary dropper so assumed it was the only thing left in the parts, the buffer dropper. I always open the test cassette as a last job, to ensure it remains sterile to the last minute. In doing so, I discovered the capillary dropper was actually concealed in there and therefore the test was ruined. It would be much better to include a diagram of the expected parts PRIOR to opening them. Very disappointed.
