We bought these for our children and they love them. The walkie talkies work well, but you can’t turn the sound off and it makes a high pitched clipping noise as it turns on/with talking. The range isn’t very far and you need to make sure you’re pressing the button hard enough. All in all this was a great buy.

Good quality
Have worked well so far in the house. Has lasted over a month in the hands of an 8, 6 & 5 year olds. Hold charge for days (turning off when not in use). Have not tested distance yet though.

It’s great that they are all different colors. I gave them to my grandkids for Christmas so it’s easy to tell them apart and know who’s is who’s. The kids enjoy playing with them outside and inside.

UPDATE BELOW: Set of 4 walkie talkies – 2 way radios. Four different colors. Says – long range. I purchased as a gift for my two grandsons, 10 and 13. They report they work well and have lots of features. Rechargeable. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item – your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. I receive/accept NO free products or discounts that are not available to all shoppers- ever. I am a verified purchaser – not a paid reviewer. I have been doing honest, trustworthy reviews for well over 25 years with Amazon – posting thousands and thousands of reviews. Those posts have been viewed over 8.2 million times to date. BOTTOM LINE: I pay for all my stuff, just like you do – with hard earned dollars!UPDATE 10/22/2023- Sadly, I must report that the rechargeable batteries that are provided are completely dead after only a couple of months!! They do work with regular batteries – but I purchased because these in large part due to the rechargeable batteries – this is a HUGE disappointment. Rechargeable batteries do not last forever, but you can expect with proper care a few years of use. Therefore, I must lower my rating and cannot recommend these. It is possible that this was just a fluke. But it believe it is poor quality control. Of course, everyone has the right to decide themselves. This represents my personal experience with these walkie talkies, my opinion that they have quality control issues and am updating my review as promised. Cannot recommend them.

Don’t expect long range
Worked well on road trip, eighth of mile in closed vehicles. After that range is spotty. Appears to be well made, fully charged they last quite a while . Sound quality was good.
